Happy 2019!! Can’t quite believe I’m saying that, I still feel like it should be a few months away! Anyway here we are, I hope you all had a lovely break over the holidays and ate as much food/chocolate as you could... I know I pretty much lived on junk food throughout December whoooops!
The new year always seems to call for the latest new diet trends, fitness goals, getting healthy, weight loss ect ect. So I thought it would be the perfect time to post about my experience of trying lipoglaze Cryotherapy fat freezing and lipofirm body contouring.
A little background on my diet and thoughts on my body... I basically eat what I want when I want. I've never really been one to diet and I am a huge lover of chocolate and cakes! Anything sweet is my weakness!
I used to be really tiny, but like most people as i've got older and also had a child i've gained weight/curves. To give you an idea I'm now around a UK size 10 i'd say. In my early twenties I was probably a size 6 with a 25 inch waist. My hips used to measure 32 inches pre baby and now they are 36.
I don't really dislike my bigger body it's just different to me. To be honest I think I prefer my bigger hips and bum now. However I do have a tiny ribcage so I feel like weight on my tummy can easily be seen and looks a bit out of place next to my small waist. This was one of the main reasons I wanted to try some sort of lipo... I wanted to loose fat only in a targeted area and I don't think I would have been able to do this with dieting.
Does it really work? Is it worth it? What even is it? All will be answered!
